Submit a photo | Wenatchee Visitor Guide

Before you send

Only submit photos you took yourself, or that you have permission to share.
By submitting, you give InWenatchee.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish the photo on this site and related pages, and to crop, resize, edit, enhance, and watermark it. You keep ownership of your photo. There is no payment.
Submitting does not guarantee publication. A person reviews every photo. We may decline or remove a photo at any time without explanation.
Please don't send photos where people are clearly identifiable, especially children, unless you have their OK. Avoid private homes and yards, license plates, house numbers, and anything that shows a private residence. We may crop or reject those photos.
Location and GPS data in the photo is removed in your browser before upload, so tell us where it was taken in the form.
Your email, if you give one, is used only to reply about your photo. We don't sell or share it. Submissions are delivered by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form service, so the photos and form details pass through their servers.
Don't upload anything illegal, offensive, or unrelated to the Wenatchee area. You can send up to 3 photos, each 15 MB or less, as JPEG, PNG, or WebP.
This is an independent, unofficial visitor guide, not affiliated with any business, city, or agency shown.
To request removal of a published photo, email info@inwenatchee.com.

Terms for photo submissions

You confirm that you took the photo or have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You are solely responsible for what appears in your photo, including people, property, and anything private, and for any claim that comes from your submission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InWenatchee.com and its owner, operator, designers, developers, contributors, hosts, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your submission or from breaking these terms.
You release InWenatchee.com and the people listed above from any claim about how the photo is edited, cropped, watermarked, displayed, or removed.
The site may publish, decline, edit, or remove any photo at any time, with no obligation to credit you, pay you, or notify you. You keep ownership of your photo and grant the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission described above, with no end date unless you ask for the photo to be removed.
Photos are provided and displayed "as is." There is no guarantee the site is error-free or always available. This is an unofficial guide and is not responsible for third-party content, links, or businesses mentioned.
If you believe a published photo infringes your rights, email info@inwenatchee.com with a link and details. We will review it and remove it promptly.
By checking the box and submitting, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must submit on your behalf.
